The file appears to have been generated with Blender3D modeling systems of the time, subsequently recovered through data nodules encapsulated in the Ilghal-Nord vault.

In this visualization, the city is presented as a vast fossil grid of partially orthogonal geometry, submerged in a turquoise gloom, possibly caused by the type of spectral scan used or by environmental filtration in the artificial cavern where the simulation is preserved.
