Deep City Collapse Signals
Ilghal fragments compare an active Deep City (~2060 pre-Awakening) with its collapsed state in 2407 post-Awakening.

The Ilghal fragments recovered during Expedition EX2407pD-QW made it possible to compare two structural states of Deep City separated by approximately 347 years.
Fragment A corresponds to a partial reconstruction of a functional Deep City (~2060 pre-Awakening). The recovered data shows active suspended platforms above the underworld, stable operational traffic, coherent lighting systems, and energy signatures consistent with a fully inhabited megastructure.
Fragment B documents the current state recorded during the expedition descent in 2407 post-Awakening. The same regions appear collapsed, partially submerged, without detectable transit activity, and with massive degradation across the suspended infrastructure.
The reconstructions were generated through Structural Reconstruction Protocol (Blender 3D v. ∞), using geometric residue analysis, fragmented telemetry, and partially decrypted Ilghal patterns.
Provisional Hypothesis:
— The collapse of Deep City was neither localized nor progressive.
— The recovered data suggests a total systemic failure affecting both the structure and its associated perception protocols.
— It remains unknown how long the system continued operating after the city itself became uninhabitable.

Massive ruined structures and skeletal industrial remains lie scattered across the abyss while a translucent expeditionary HUD overlays the scene with targeting markers, telemetry data, and reconstruction diagnostics.
